I mean this is a guy who lost to Jesse Brinkley... Shouldn't he be stepping up the competition?

    Stay busy fight for GGG

What else can he do, when the top dawgs are terrified of him and ducking him like the scared wusses they are.

Hopefully the Quillins, Sergios and Mayweathers of the world will man up some day and get in the ring with GGG, so he can beat them and take his rightful place as the P4P #1

Exactly this. Major props to Curtis Stevens for having the balls to fight him (and enrage him )

I see we have another inhuman puncher, why don't we wait till he steps up in comp to crown him?

There were actually a few people who wanted this joke of a fight, and it gets even better... There are actually a few people here that favor Stevens!:lol:

But it is a stay busy fight, towards a (for this era) pretty busy 5 defences a year.
And most of the bigger names pee their pants when they hear the name Golovkin.

Come on, you know who's ducking GGG

N'Dam > Lost his "interim" belt because he wouldn't fight Golovkin.
Sturm > Made a sport out of ducking GGG, managed to do it for 2 years and then lost his belt to Geale in a anti-hometown decision.
Geale > Lost one of his straps because of it after stating he wouldn't duck GGG if he won it.
Quillin > Made clear he wants nothing to do with Golovkin. Went from "not known enough" to "Doesn't make sense" to "Different TV stations" (last one is plausable).
Maravilla > Says he wants to fight him coming back from his injury, but wants an easier fight first. Hope he is the one keeping his word.

Instead of fighting Stevens why doesnt he move up & test the waters at 168. If he's as good as some people are making out he should fight the likes of Bika or Abraham.

Amateur record dont mean ****, his best win is against Macklin.. That doesnt make him p4p.
He looks the goods but beating Stevens don't mean ****, why doesn't he move up & fight one of the boys at 168 while waiting for Martinez to heal up.

What are you babbling about? :blood

Looks like you want to say "if they duck him, then move up in weightclass"
Instead of becoming the #1 in one of the top classes, he should just let another guy take the crown and move up fighting bigger and better opposition.
I know he wants to fight at 168 (Ward), but that doesn't mean he should just let the legacy and big paydays from the MW division go just because he's too dangerous for the sorry bunch. :nono
