Why is Haye getting so much hate over the Klit negotiations?

Ist amd foremost Iceman71 should talk for himself about what he gets up to in his spare [c***sucker etc] bcuz i dont. As for you "overhill" you are bring up internet rumours on the injury sustained, the point i was making is that official injury told to Klitschko to avoid any legal case as there was a contractual obligation on the table was "back injury and not hand injury"

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yQt-K7iRMI[/ame] press conference to officially cancel the fight on the 8 june

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HW1S4B2zlwk&feature=related[/ame] The quotes in the article you posted are from this video on the 3rd of June, the article writer was speculating rather than hearing official injury before writing which is terrible.

"With Chisora and then possibly Adamek it's unlikely the fight can take place before the end of the year at the earliest".

its like wlad is turning round and saying "sorry Dave,im busy,i would love to fight, but im busy!".lol.

Like I've been saying all along, Wlad doesn't need Haye. Haye needs Wlad.

    Haye's options are:

    1. Fight on Wlads terms.

    2. Fight his mandatory and wait for Wlad...and fight on Wlads terms.

    3. Skip the mandatory, retire as a champion.

    4. Skip the mandatory, be stripped, drop to cruiser and fight Cunningham.

Does anyone want to give me any examples of when negotiations were specifically chosen to be private? Any promoters who refuse to allow details to be put into the press?

Do you want to give me examples where negotiations were truly public for a fight? it doesn't happen they dont invite the press into the room to hash out a contract in the publics eye that is a load of ****,, people may leak things to the press but they do not negotiate in public.

This has been done to death on here to the point of exhaustion. Plus, at the end of the day, who gives a **** if either side are "right" when we are missing out on a unification fight that has been years in the making. Either side claiming some moral victory is just ******ed.

Sorry, but the turn around you speak of never happened. The article you refear to is based on fabricated quotes. Check out the original interview performed by Sportswibe yourself: http://www.sportsvibe.co.uk/wladimir-klitschko-2/

Booth wasn't asking for the press to be there reporting every single thing, but he was asking for it to not be kept private. He wanted the freedom to tell the press certain things, which has happened for...

    Hatton/Pacquiao
    Pacquiao/De La Hoya
    Tyson/Holyfield
    Tyson/Lewis
    Mayweather/De La Hoya
    Williams/Martinez
    Martinez/Pavlik
    Haye/Maccarinelli

And these promoters have, to my knowledge, never or very rarely asked for it to be private:

    Don King
    Frank Warren
    Mick Hennessy
    Bob Arum
    Golden Boy
    Lou DiBella
    Gary Shaw
    Sauerland

If you want more, just ask. Every promoter who works for the fighter or fighter himself in those listed, went to the press with specific details and there was no punishment. We know for a fact that fighters signed to fight a Klitschko are banned from talking to the press, which is unprecedented.

Boxing negotiations are public 99% of the time. The final 1% is for the Klitschko's and rarities, such as Mayweather/Pacquiao.

Losing 15 pounds of muscle was the reason why he left CWs divisiom in the 1st place + is Cunninham a dominant champion since Haye left the division? no, what tickets does SC sell apart from his hometown of Philly? little, big networks in US dont even pick up his fights!

Never so much garbage, Steve Cunningham should fight Troy Ross [CWs Div] who was whopping his ass until SC deliberately headbutted him and refused to give him a rematch bcuz he knows he will lose

I think this fight will happen

Because it directly effects the credibility Hayes so called legacy...

You don't want to talk about it because Haye looks like a ***** and you're a Haye fan....

Everyone else is calling him on his bull****

You have demonstrated an inability to be objective or sensible in threads involving Haye. You are typically an intelligent guy, but in another thread you stated that Vitali doesn't want to fight Haye/hasn't called him out etc to try and support this "Haye would fight either Klit but wants Wlad", and you went as far as to make it appear as if VK somehow didn't want any of Haye. I posted 4 quotes and three links that demonstrated otherwise and you simply stopped posting in the thread. The point is not "I was so right, you were so wrong" it's that there was ample information available that I assume you saw and were aware of that you choose to ignore for whatever reason. This is just another illustration of this phenomenon, there's nothing wrong with being a "fan boy", but please stop with the illusion that you are somehow objective or that you are just giving facts, when the reality is just the opposite.

If I didn't reply to you in another thread, I apologize. I wasn't ducking the questions or anything :good

As for what happened with Haye and Vitali, honestly, I just think the Klitschko brothers settled on Wlad being the guy to fight Haye first. Could Vitali have called Haye out after the negotiations with Wlad fell apart and before he signed to fight Solis? Yes. Should he have? I don't know. I think both sides could have done more to make that particular fight happen but, for whatever reason, they didn't.

I don't think Vitali has ever avoided Haye but I get the impression there's a lot of politics going on. Vitali was always vocal about fighting Haye yet when both were free to unify, neither called each other out. That's odd. In fact, since we heard that the Klitschko's would talk about and decide who would fight Haye first, even Haye has been quiet about fighting Vitali so it wouldn't surprise me if there was a "deal" between the two sides that the first person to fight Haye would be Wlad.

But most of my times about Vitali have been me playing Devil's Advocate with his fans. It actually started when a couple of people accused Haye of ducking Vitali if he didn't call him out. I spun that around and asked whether Vitali was ducking Haye if he didn't call him out. Mainly just forum banter.

Golden Boy said a Klitschko-Haye fight would generate $40 MILLION DOLLARS!!!

By FAR the biggest payday in Wlad's career.

Only a fool or a scared ass ***** ***** would say no to that, so he could fight an amateur.

dumbass...you think i went through all those ropes to get as many headlines as were being put out everytime haye said what he was going to do and then what he eventually did......point being....i know it was a back injury when i made this time line....i do have some ****in knowledge of the sport , especially knowing a gutless heavyweight when i see one...see i dont remember ......the RING Magazine linear champion Michael Spinks telling a 21 year old mike tyson that if they wanted their superfight to take place in JUNE....he was prohibited from fighting frank bruno the prior to their much anticipated match up........ go to present time....we have a guy who has been pretty much the consensus champion for most of the DECADE.....Haye comes out 3 years ago shooting his trap off.....Wlad didnt even know who the **** he was at the time...no , 3 years later, this joke known as Haye has told Wlad that he isnt allowed to fight 2 months ahead of their "proposed" fight....even with his track record of breaking deals, contracts and handshakes....the guy has no credibility at all....
    :hi:
