Oh, and Haye seems to be playing this whole game with Wladimir very wrong so far.

Because despite what he's been claiming about him choosing to face Chisora instead, Wladimir has repeatedly said he can and will turn up on July 2nd. And I'm pretty certain that once Wladimir brushes Chisora aside with ease, he'll turn around and say to the world.... "See, I told you I would be ok to fight again in 8 weeks. But he, David, didn't want it.". Whether he actually could, won't matter, because on paper that's how it will be written. Wladimir would have been the guy to have been ready for July 2nd, whilst Haye they guy who backed out a long time before that.

technically , you may be right because michael buffer introduces some fighters as "undisputed, unified, true, legtimate and universally recognised" champion like he did with baldomir when he defended wbc, iba and ibo belts vs may. (yea - buffer can be over the top)

but i think it should mean you become a "unified" champ but not "undisputed".

for example, if vitali retires and wlad fights for the wbc belt he vacates and wins, that means wlad has 3 titles so your saying even though haye is around (given he doesnt retire also) , wlad is undisputed champ?

or if berto (wbc champ) beats senchenko (wba holder) and zaveck (ibf) , does that mean he is undisputed welterweight champ even though pac is the wbo champ at the weight ?

This is one of my points as well. IMO He could've had the Audley fight (though we'd all would've been better off without it)...but instead of sitting around on things, he could've immediately entered talks with Chagaev and gotten that process going sooner, and he could've scheduled the mandatory to happen by Apr 3 (date of last mando). Then he's free. Wlad has the Chisora fight in April as well, then Haye-Wlad on July 2.

if haye did what wlad has done regarding selecting chisora and saying the fight is still on for july 2nd even with the date for chisora fight, and then making a fight with adamek to block up time to not face wlad, then Haye would get all the hate that wlad isnt getting so much at the moment.

haye did most he could to get the fight made.

haye only did not sign and call wlads bluff, but whos to say he could even do that!. WBA and haye should not wait around relying on dubious wlad and his dubious claims.

(less than 9 weeks to rest, recover, train, taper down andpromote is crazy,at 35 years old, after just getting injured from nothing, and only fighting 2 times a year in past decade except for 2008 and 2002.

wlads fault for pulling out december and being inactive more.

last time wlad did this fights back to back was 2000,he was 25!.

what has wlad done to make the fight this time?,if he wanted to make the fight he would have done something to make it happen!.

sure the netwrks with their tv dates are to blame aswell.sky needed to swap khans date over to haye tbh.

and haye should have accepted a lower split before maybe.

you cant blame him first time v wlad as his setanta went down,no one is fighting for free in this sport!.

v vitali he could have signed, but know nows how bad that contract is so they cant fully comment.

surely he got better terms for future by getting a title and exposure on german tv!.thats a smart move, admitted by klitshkos themseles!.

fights will happen though, but it clear klits win in getting vitali haye first.

then haye will stay on to fight wlad next year early ish.

which would mean haye fighting chagaev or povetink in may as he has to face his mandatory or be stripped!

So for example if a football player asks to negotiate his season salary in public and the team management says no, the team is hiding something? No, they aren't. They are just practicing something called business ethics and professionalism. Haye/Booth should look into it.

i do think wlads tv deal and suareland with hayes tv deal is a problem for all this.

haye has nothing to do with wlad choosing chisora as such a poor opponent to face.

wlad should have fought in december already,he pulled out and made himself more inactive.

he had 2 managers give 2 injuires with 2 different dates of recovery, then spotted on a golf course!.

if haye did all this hede be thrown in jail by boxing fans!.

haye should not have to waste time with wlad promising the questionable.

haye does have to defend his title now and cant waste time waiting for wlad.

Honestly the only true champion is a linear champion, everything else is not as important. I stick with the three belts rule; so yes I'd consider Berto the undisputed champion if he won the other two belts. Just to make it more nonsensical, I still consider Mayweather the linear welterweight champion, and Pacquiao the p4p champion so it could be possible (however unlikely) we could have an undisputed champion, linear champion, and p4p champion in the same weight division without any of them having to face one another.

I think its unusual for somebody to hold three titles without facing the number 1 or 2 ranked fighter in that division.

Wlad is boderline (possibly exception) as he has 2 major titles and an IBO title; but more importanty he is the HW linear champion so I tend to lean towards calling him an undisputed HW champ even though the IBO is not a major belt.

It is not a fact. Just because David Haye says it is a fact does not make it one.

David Haye is hardly a reliable source.

We have a long history of Haye avoiding a fight with the Klits. Three years of bull****, and a ready string of excuses.

I say that if it wasn't for Chisora, that there would have been another excuse instead.

You have David Haye's words to back up what you say. I have his actions.

    Actions speak louder.

Klitschko nut huggers and Haye haters refuse to see this logic.
