can someone inform me?.. looking at both their records i would pick vassell. is this heffron kid a top notcher?
He was the favourite when odds came out, Heffron is seen as an up and coming prospect, but if he stands infront of Vassell it could be a long night for him
thats the only thing putting me off going heavy on vassell. heffron is completely untested and vassells fought at a reasonably high level, just dont know what he's been doing the past year
Heffron is very hyped dating back to his teenager years.. I'll be on Vassel. Sneaky feeling Heffron is nothing more than an early bloomer, seen nothing of him in the pro's to suggest he's anything special.
heffren won alot as amateur days 3 school boys 3 4nations 2 junior aba 2 4 nations 1 senior aba iots off medals for england he as not shown what he can do as a pro yet but this could be the one tough one though they say he as no defence you dont win that with no defence
Heffrons record is a bit light but Dentons inactivity might well bite him up the arse. If Vassell had been more active recently it would be no contest.
Not really, more s Vassells. Heffrons an Oldham lad, Dentons from Ancoats I know the Heffrons quite well, Ronnie is decent but a bit gung ho. I think Mark is the better prospect :bbb
Apparently Vassell looked pretty tight at the weigh-in yesterday. I like Heffron, seems a good kid... but if he's to do anything he's got to think before charging in. Some things he does are really good, stepping sideways to let the body shots go etc, but he's got a tendency to fire them a bit low sometimes. Heffron by decision at 5/2 with a few bookies is a tempter.
If Heffron remembers when putting his gumshield in to also put his brain in he will win a points decision, if he leaves it in the changing room he will get outclassed or stopped.
