lol@ Chris Byrd and James Toney. Everybody in the top 10 have losses to guys they would have beaten in their prime.
Look, Rums here’s what I’m gonna do ima give you some advice for a fight? Here is what you do, my friend to enter the top 10 on ez mode. Bring your chin down to protect your neck while continuing to stare in his eyes. Bring up your hands and say "I don't want no trouble ya hear". Flex your traps and core. Slightly bend your knees. Here comes the important part. In a low voice begin to say "wolowolowolowolowolo" slowly increasing in volume. He should be surprised by now. Begin to sway side to side and loosen all facial muscles and your anal sphincter and your kegal muscle. By now you should be pretty loud and your opponent will have stepped back and appear visibly shaken. Begin to **** and **** yourself and let your eyes roll to the back of your head. By now, you're chanting "WOLOWOLOWOLOWOLO" at the top of your lungs. He will run away. Everyone within a one mile radius will feel a terrifying presence within their soul. Marvel as you ascend into your planar form.
H2h I cant rate him top 5 bc of physical stats but in terms of greatness and resume I do think of him as top 5. And in terms of making exciting fights I rate him behind probably only Ali. I understand bc of peds ppl downrate him and I acknowledge that my childhood adulation of him affects how I rate him. That said, i very much doubt that a non-atg fighter could take human growth hormone and do what holy did. His 2nd fight with a prime Lennox was an achievement even tho he lost. Much closer than the "draw" in the first fight. As was his very controversial loss to valuev at such a late time in his career. I flatly reject that he barely beat foreman bc foreman rocked him a few times. Foreman had huge style advantage evander still won clearly. Same with the Holmes fight it was more competitive than expected bc Holmes is an atg too but holy won clearly
You live in cuckoo land. Drugs have been ubiquitous at the top level of sport for the last 50 years, and are absolutely necessary. You won't cope if you don't dope, it's that simple.
Look, it’s a butthurt fanboy. Please direct me to the fighters who bulked 30 pounds while trimming body fat, lost their hair, suffered heart failure after a fight, and were linked to a major steroid scandal. I’ll wait.
Mike Tyson was the favorite vs Lennox Lewis too. Doesn't mean anything because Tyson is so popular that he would be the favorite vs any fighter.
Ali Louis Lewis Marciano Foreman Tyson Liston Frazier Holmes Wlad I would hold a few more over Holy as well. Like Jack Johnson Harry Wills Bowe…have him in the next tier mixed in with Walcott, Charles, Patterson, Dempsey, Langford, Jeannette, etc. like I said I def see the argument for top ten. I think you can make that argument for a lot of guys though in the names I just said
Holyfield is rated highly, and he should be, because of his skills. He could jab, punch or move with anybody.
It’s all subjective, but I’d have him above Bowe and some of the others. You could say that Bowe beat him twice, but then you have Tyson higher, despite Evander having beaten him twice. I think if you take into account that he was a CW who was smaller than many of his opponents, and you look at his skills and his resume, then he’s definitely up there.
Since when did you throw in the variant where you say...Behold, I have become (Death, Destroyer of Worlds) so creative & strange? Me like!
