Why is Hopkins exempt from vada?

If you haven't figured out yet VADA has a racial bias you're not paying attention to boxing

 

If true, it sounds more like an age bias. If it's a racial bias then I am sure that you other examples to justify your remarks because there have been different races of people fighting each other for ages. Now there is only one case in modern times where a fifty one year old man is fighting a twenty seven year old man professionally.

Im pretty sure the people who HAVE to enroll in VADA as obligated by the WBC are those ranked in the top 15.

Hopkins, has been inactive so he wasn't obligated to enroll.

Of course that doesn't mean that he couldn't have voluntarily done it
