Hopkins hasnt ducked Latino fighters atsch. There hasnt been many Latino fighters his size who had earned the opportunity to fight Hopkins. So no Hopkins hasnt ducked Latino fighters.
What Hopkins has done, is duck tough European fighters. He avoided F Sturm at MW and moved well out of the division to avoid the tough wave of European fighters. Hopkins blatantly avoided the tough SMW division :dead due to the tough European fighters, and ran to the safer LHW division where the 2 name fighters were double figures losses Johnson and Tarver who was splitting fights with Johnson atsch. Anyhow Hopkins luck of avoiding tough European fighters ran out when Calzaghe went up to LHW and schooled him :smoke
