Why is Hopkins still ducking latino fighters?

Honestly every American Black fighter avoids European fighters in Europe. There have been some pretty horrible robberies and lacks of a reasonable stoppage.

On the side of fair play... Europe has come a long way. America has slipped a bit. At the time Hopkins was prime? Europe was NOT the place to be as a Black fighter.

Lol, I toke it as that too. I am a big Hopkins fan but I can't defend what he said. Why do people even pick on Pacquiao with fighting "slick black fighters"? Not all black fighters are slick. As of now Mayweather & Mosley are night and day though Shane used to be slick in his prime. Marquez' style gave Pacquiao fits and I don't think he's black at all. Sometimes I wonder because only black fighters are supposed to give Manny fits. BTW, when has Floyd fought a prime ATG? See I can play that game too though my question is still true.

I have no idea why you are mentioning fighters skin colour. It has nothing to do with anything youn are refering to.
What you should have wrote is most American fighters avoids European fighters in Europe. There are a few that dont, and deserve credit for being willing to take tough fights against excellent European fighters who arent as well known outside of America. CW Steve Cunningham deserves credit for being willing to fight on the tough European scene against tough fighters unknown to America.

Hopkins was clearly beaten by J Calzaghe and R Jones also holds a victory over Hopkins at a time when his fans called him green.

the calzaghe fight was horrible to watch, and it's not like hopkins got his ass handed to him by any stretch of the imagination. he clearly lost to jones, but there's no shame in losing a decision to a roy jones of that era. like that kid said, bhop is a bad mofo, no doubt about it.

 

BHOP knows that Julius Caesar would KO him inside of three with studded caestus. I don't see Bernard taking that fight unless he gets to choose the gloves.
