Why is it that all the sudden Floyd Waits for Fighters To be Damaged?

It's stupid how so many haters says this guy or that guy is already damage goods before pac or floyd fought them.

Pac has been through many wars with morales-marquez-barrera-cotto-margarito etc. He won most of those fights except the morales 1 fight but nobody talks about him being damaged:patsch

dude been in many tough fights but the only ones he fought and beat are supposedly damaged goods:patsch

Big difference between damaging someone and outboxing them. Floyd outboxes his opponents. Pac demolishes them.

Floyd did in no way shape or form "damage" Mosley. He outboxed him.

Right. That is why the guy who next drew with Mosley can't even win on FNFs.

FMJ damages their confidence. That millisecond of hesitation FMJ puts into them ruins them. :deal

Problem is, while waiting for Pac to get old, Floyd will become old himself. Not to mention rusty!

Exactly. FMJ is OLDER than Manny. Also Manny is more active. Just remember you said that when the fight happens. :deal

That's BS...Look at the numbers for Floyd/Judah and Floyd/Baldo...that says it all...It was the hype of the DLH fight card that created the Floyd popularity...before this ppv, Floyd didn't have very good numbers. Again, before the "fight of the millenium" Floyd was only known by die-hards. A tito trinidad pay per view would have been just as big if not bigger than the snoozer we witnessed with Floyd.

Sorry, Floyd was always talking a big game like he was the greatest...whenever you talk smack, Onus is always on that fighter to back it up...the onus is not on the rest of the boxing world. It doesn't work that way. Cotto would have fought Floyd, Tzsyu would have fought Floyd, Casa would have fought Floyd had there been a genuine interest from Floyd...just because a fighter doesn't call out the other fighter doesn't mean he's not interested in fighting him. Floyd went out of his way to take the path of least resistance at 140 and 147.

What about Sergio Martinez at 154? Where's Floyd now...didn't he say he was interested in the winner of Williams/Martinez before the bout happened...he got pretty quiet after the fight.

True. You can look at guys like Cotto, Pac, SSM, ODLH, Froch....etc and safely say they ducked nobody.
