If the judges would of scored the fight on effective punches, then martinez clearly wins the fight!! Take away pauls home ring advantage, take away goose having his hand in one of the judges pockets and take away mannys man love for paul during the whole fu***** broadcast and you have a clear winner! i see what you're saying, but i think his p4p placement has to do more with his win over margo, whom williams went thru hell to beat and who knows if margo was loaded or not. if he was, in a way williams win over margo might give paul more credit, but i really doubt it. it's hard to not validate mosley's destruction of margo because makes you think if margo was loaded vs. mosley if it would of made a difference.

i think williams critics might use martinez as a reason for him not be p4p, i myself questioned martinez's resume, but they both shined and i think it's safe to say the majority of fans think williams should still be p4p no doubt up there with the manny's and floyd's. this was one hell of a coming out party for martinez as well. this loss vs. williams definitely has to be sergio's best victory. he fought like a champion and displayed skills and heart i didn't see previously and he did it to the most avoided fighter in the world. i say if anyone doubts these 2 guys abilities your outta your damn mind. the fight last night clearly shows why these 2 are avoided so much. those versions that fought last night would of destroyed the santos, pavliks, razors, and foremans of the world. manny and floyd are praying these 2 won't come down in weight

I felt that margarito was on his way to a knockout victory in the mosley fight, he was coming back in the 8th round and I think he could of got to shane in the 9th, but out of no where the god damn ref had to stop the fight!!! what the f***??? since the quintana fight ...he destroyed quintana, destroyed verno, easily beat winky and had a tough win against a tough opponent...what do people expect in boxing...not every fighter is floyd or pac...he is still a top 5-10 guy
