Why is it that cotto vs margarito 2 is fine but pac-margarito is not?

    Funny how so many posters in ESB keeps saying pac-margarito is a joke, it's a disgrace etc etc but when people talk about cotto-margarito rematch, all of a sudden it's ok and I love to see this fight again.:huh

    If margarito is a disgrace like many posters says then why is it ok for him to fight cotto?:roll:

    ESB boxing fans. I've seen it around where a lot of fans says i rather see cotto vs margarito 2.

    Most who say Margo - Cotto is fine are huge Cotto fans who want vindication for their man. While those who say Margo - Pac is a joke are simply Margarito haters. Two totally different kinds of fans.

    Differences in cotto-marg 2 vs nov 13th

    cotto-marg 2 is a title fight with a champ who actually earned his belt
    cotto-marg 2 won't be a catchweight fight for a title

    The only wrong thing about cotto-marg 2 is that marg gets paid. cotto-marg 2 is the lesser of two evils if we have to watch marg go get his face beat in.

    Lmao @ Most dumb Pacquiao fans for making dumb threads like this one. True boxing fans will know easily that Cotto vs Margarito rematch is by far makes a way more sense then Pacquiao vs Margarito.

    I mean seriously Cotto vs Margarito rematch will be for a real title belt not a vacated paper belt. And Cotto vs Margarito rematch wouldn't be a bs catchweights. And both are not even in the top 10 p4p list.


    If Pacquiao is the greatest in this era and really is the number 1 p4p then why fight a damage chin cheater for a paper belt in a bs catchweight?


    ^^This is why Pacquiao vs Margarito is a joke fight while Cotto vs Margarito rematch isn't.

    I agree that the catchweight for a title fight is bull****. I don't like it but that's not the only reason people hate this fight. Many thinks margarito doesn't deserved to fight pacquiao and get paid but it's ok to fight cotto and get paid millions.:huh

    Victor, you don't get it. Cotto vs Margarito rematch makes the most sense for obvious reasons.

    1. That rematch won't be for a vacated bs paper belt

    2. It won't be a catch weight


    3. And this one you forgot to mention is both Cotto and Margarito are not even in the top 10 p4p


    4. Both last big fights, they both got beat up badly.




    While Pacquiao is the number 1 p4p and being called as a greatest fighter in this era. <<<If that's the case then why fight a Cheater who in his last big fight he got destroyed?????
