Why Is It The Standard To Have All Major PPV Fights In Vegas?

    yeah hard rock is slowly becoming a legit venue... every 3-4 months there is a great B level fight there

    its probably one of the best B level locations in america

    that was the one benefit of miami... consistent great B level boxing at the hard rock... im in ny now so.... i dont think there is as much stuff..

    probably a lot of c & d level **** though

    Vegas has more to offer the fans ( who goes there to watch it live ) than anywhere else before, during and after the fight. I'm also pretty sure they have these back door deals w/ the promoters. Casinos maybe be hurting because of the economy but they're not broke.

    Where at?

    Try the Manhattan Center, usually good decent c level guys there. Drinks are relatively cheap too.

    it also doesn't hurt for the time zone. to far on the east cost, like MSG, and you cut into viewing time on the west cost. Thats why main events don't even happen to close to midnight. If you had a main event at say 9pm in MSG, peeps in cali are just getting out of work.

    more people to buy PPV, more $
