Ffs the guy beat something tougher than anything any boxer will ever face in the ring, give him a break

So, because he was sick, we are somehow supposed to give him a pass for having a glass jaw? Or other deficiencies? I don't get this line of reasoning.

If he chose to hang up the gloves, okay. But he's chosen to continue his career, and therefore should be subject to the same criticism or praise that any fighter would get.

My point was just in general, a lot more important things than keyboard warriors getting worked up about who a boxer fights,

He suffers from a disease effecting almost all top american fighters today , delusions of grandeur '.

They have a ridiculius sense of self worth for some reason that doesn't reflect there standing in the sport

Daniel was on his way to victory, he was connecting with his shots and looked to be on the way to a knockout.. should have been more humble in his post conference.. I don't like Mora ever since he was schmoozing with Leonard after that Prizefighter BS but he definitely deserves another chance to get his teeth kicked in...

Cause's he's already gotten the orders that a Quillin fight is on the way, and didn't want to say "I was in a dog fight until Mora got hurt". Delusions of grandeur, as mentioned by a previous poster, sums up the mentality of most PBC fighters.

I don't want to sound insensitive, but just because he beat cancer doesn't mean he's immune to criticism. Lance Armstrong beat cancer but still is among the most vile people to walk the earth.

That being said, I don't want a rematch. And I don't get why Mora thinks he deserves a NC. Unless the injury is caused by an accidental foul, that was clearly a TKO. I read through Mora's Twitter TL and he has some hardcore groupies on there.

apparently Mora was injured coming into the fight, one poster here said his knee was gone even before the fight started

as a whole the event was a disgrace and I hate the attitude of top American fighters its disgracefull and ridiculous
