I think you and Pavlik Fan are referring to seperate events. One was a real charge a few years ago. The other was some trumped up bull**** last fall.
all fighters seem to be disliked these day's. People dont know how much a pro boxer has to sacrifice to stay at the top, and cant appriciate it
If you're good, somebody's going to dislike you. There is no such thing as a universally liked fighter. The individual reasons might be different, but the process happens to every good fighter. That's just the nature of the sport, and I'd venture to say it's a reflection of life outside of it. Success breeds contempt. Nobody bothers ragging on most bad fighters because it's not worth the effort; there needs to be a pedestal to knock the fighters from for people to go through the effort to do it.
