Because he is not doing it for legacy reasons. He is doing it to get paid. He knows that chin has a time clock. Thats why he is avoiding the othet boxers at 147. He probably figures, if he is getting ko'ed at least get the most amount of money.

Surely he'd be doing it for the payday AND legacy? You know, just like every other boxer....

GGG gets called a duck for not fighting Ward and Khan gets called delusional for being desperate to fight the 2 best fighters lol Seems you can't win with some boxing fans

Like i said, that chin wont hold up for much longer at 147. So many other good fights that could be made. Is one thing to wanting to fight Pac or Floyd, and is another thing to think you entitled to it for whatever reason.

Because Ward will be GGG biggest challenge. Khan has a division full of good fighters that will give him a challenge. He is ducking them looking for a pay day. He knows one more ko and he will be at the bottom of the barrel again.

He could get a massive payday with Brook though. He obviously wants May or Pac. Fighting either of those two holds far more prestige than Brook. Khan Vs Pac is also a fight I would love to see. That's all that matters to me

I think Khan is going at it the wrong way with wanting these 2 fights. He should be fighting guys like Brook or rematching some of his losses and win. Then maybe he'll be considered but all he does is complain and cry of how everyone is scared. Mayweather scared? Really? Come on man...

Nothing wrong with wanting to test yourself against the best. However, you should earn your shot at the elite. Ducking the other top contenders, facing inferior competition and trying to talk your way into a fight is not the way to do it.

Fair enough, Khan isn't the first fighter to do this and he certainly won't be the last, but, it still doesn't make it right.

The vitriol against Khan is turned up even more as well due to Khan having a major weakness (his chin) and his shameless ducking of anyone with power at 147.

This all smacks of someone who knows he can be KO'ed at any minute, more than any other top flight boxer, so he is taking the minimal risk as possible until he can land a fight with May or Pac.

His style couldn't even beat Algieri clearly.

Khan has done nothing in the last few years. He's fighting guys he know he can beat, but won't touch anyone who can give him a challenge.

How is that deserving? He doesn't deserve sh*t and his whining reeks of entitlement. He is a cherry picker and a whiner. STFU and fight somebody already. I'm sure Garcia wouldn't mind shattering his glass again.

He is completely delusional. What has Khan done at 147 to be entitled to a Floyd or Pac fight?

He has one decent win at 147, which is Alexander. Thurman, Bradley, Brook, and even Porter are all more deserving of those fights than Khan is.

That said these guys should be fighting each other to prove who the most deserving is. All Khan had to do was fight and beat Thurman or Brook and he would've earned the Floyd fight instead of shamelessly begging for it.

Great post. Khan is getting a bit embarrassing. At this rate in a couple years he's going to be chasing Manny/Floyd around yelling "Let's Go CHAMP!!! Ha ha, I'm the champ you're the chump.....LETS GO CHAMP!!! BLAAAAAA"....

Amir effectively retired Floyd with Pac not far behind. Neither want anything to do with King Khan, that much is clear
