Why is Kotelnik not in the mix at 140?

Kotelnik's desire to move up in weight, that's funny.

What's far more likely is that Don King made that call for Kotelnik in order to quell any talks of a rematch with Alexander at 140. If Kotelnik refuses it, King black lists him and ****s his career up even more.

King's got absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose by letting that rematch happen. The only way we'd see it is if Alexander gets destroyed by Bradley and King wants to milk another St. Louis payday out of him.

Many thought Maidana beat Kotelnik so what's your point again? If i was gbp i'll put Maidana to face Kotelnik again in the rematch in which i feel Maidana will win by clearly this time.

i have NO idea, but if anyone deserves to be there, it is this guy, especially after the boxing lesson he gave Devon Alexander.

I'm not so sure Maidana beats Kotelnik just because he looked a beast against Khan. Kotelnik has a very effecitve guard, unlike Khan who was far too open. Maidana will have difficulties landing on Kotelnik. I think it would be a close fight again.

Also I don't think Kotelnik is big enough to move up to 147.
