Why is Luis Pabon still allowed to referee all the top fights

    Pabon is a bum. It's that simple. This guy is not good enough to referee world class fights. He waved the Kovalev - Pascal fight off way too soon. He sucked in the Golovkin - Murray fight and he allowed Wlad to clinch every second of his championship bout with Alexander Povetkin.

    Aren't there any better referees available for this 5 star bouts? :huh

    Time to retire Luis, you are shot!

    He was horrid in Wlad-Povetkin but I have no problems with him in any of his other recent performances.

    Not sure what you're getting at but I assure you that I wasn't angry that Kovalev won

    I picked him

    I just didn't like the refs performance, thats all

    I have asked the same question 100 times about Lawrence Cole.

    Lois Pabon & Lawrence Cole are both OK in my book Now Joe Cortez & Kenny Bayless biased officiating is another story

    Only instance I can think off where he didn't quite do his job properly was in the povetkin vs wlad match, otherwise, I don't have any problems with him.

    I think he should referee more world class fights. Of course when I was at the fight and I expressed as much to the cretins infront of me one of them tried to take a swing at me. I expect the lot of you wanting to see him gone probably fall in with the same lot....

    Are you insinuating I was wrong calling Bayless & Cortez BIASED referees??? Shoot man they BOTH protected Floyd like a Mother hen protected her chicks Hatton & Maidana were both denied any chance of beating Floyd

    Is that the same guy who was the ref at Lomachenko/Salido? If yes, then he has nothing to do with being "ok". In fact, the guy should be banned from boxing or at least reduced to the lower profile fights.

    No, Lawrence Cole was the idiot referee who refereed the Lomachenko/Salido fight........................Salido should have been disqualified..........................Cole is the worst referee in boxing history............
