Why Is MAIDANA the new overrated hype on ESB, help me understand!!!

He is exciting and aggressive with a lot of power. He isn't a great boxer, technically, but he is very fun to watch.

 

Why are people acting like Maidana is overrated??? He is an awesome fighter, yea khan is a much better BOXER then him but so what....Ortiz was a better boxer also.

Im not saying he would beat Kahn, but dont think Maidana is some kind of push over....

The guy is a beast, RD 5 of the Ortiz fight shows what this Maidana is all about.

Dont lie, its the bloody opposite. People are underating maidana now to try and take away from a possible win for khan. Now people are saying oh hes easily hit, hes sloppy, hes this that and ignoring all his attributes which are khans kryptonite. Prior to this, he was rated more as this huge monster with people accusing khan of ducking and hoping that hed face him and get ktfo. I have it as a 60-40 fight for khan, no matter how good khan boxes, he will have to take a few shots from maidna and our questions about his chin will be answerd either way. Khans main weakness has always been pressure, thats how you beat him. He has no inside game at all. Maidana is relentless and fights as if he needs a ko from the start and has power in both hands. If khan proves that has a decent chin then hell win otherwise its a maidna ko. I fancy khan to win by tko within 6 through some sweet counters.

 

Maidana deserves to be highly rated. Sure, he gets by fights with his power, but so do other boxers with their speed. Kahn for example, isn't the best boxer you'll ever see, he's just extremely fast and has power.
