Why is Malignaggi fighting N'Dou again?

    The first fight was a shutout, and Malignaggi actually managed to knock him down as well. Why are we seeing this fight again? is he a mandatory already?

    Paulie is contractually obligated to fight N'Dou again. There was rematch clause in the first fight contract.

    Yep - rematch clause.

    N'Dou has been hovering around the IBF for as long as I can remember - no doubt the winner of Hatton Maligfaggi will be mandated to face him again.
