NOV 2011-POST JMM-Team Pacquiao makes the next excuse in not fighting Floyd-they claim "jmm 4" is next

Dec 2011-Floyd gets a 90 day senetnce-he is scheduled to start on Jan 6 2012-Team Pac seems relieved by this.

Jan 2012-Arum claims they would fight JMM on May 5th but thats it.

Jan 2012-Floyd is given a suspension based on the fight he planned for May 5
