the Clottey fight was different. Pac-Mania was at its peak and this was coming off a Cotto win and Mayweather debacle in which most people blamed Floyd. so that **** was gonna do well.

plus it was an experimental thing that Jerry Jones and Arum worked out, for the most part it did pretty well. I dont think Jerry Jones will risk doing that again if it aint Pac-Mayweather

Look at the disappointing attendence for Cotto-Foreman at Yankee stadium.....big venues like that are for mega fights
