Martinez is a small middleweight fighting bigger guys there because 154 had no one for him when he made the move up, same thing Pac did at Welter being a small welter. Martinez is a natural JMW. If he can make 150 then it's fair game vs Pac otherwise I agree he's too big.

If they where on the same size Pac would annihilate Martinez to oblivion.

Size is definitely a factor in their decision NOT to fight Sergio at 154! To say otherwise doesn't make any sense. It's also dumb to say that Sergio's Style don't play a part in their decision either.

It's a HUGE deal what a fighter weighs on Fight Night...in a lot of fights that's the difference maker. Sergio definitely deserved the fight more than Margo but Margo was a bigger name and the style matched up well. And whether you admit it or not....Sergio is DEFINITELY bigger than Marg at 154.

"Weight isn't the case, it's because Martinez is good/skilled"

I think JMM is more skilled

He felt the power of his opponent at 150 and sleep on his side for 2 days, what more at 154? If I am Pac I have to rethink my career at that weight.

I would pick David Haye to beat Manny. Manny is too scared to fight him. And Manny wants no part of Ward either. He must be a fraidy cat.

Actually Manny would have some chance to beat Martinez. JMM would have no chance.

So, Martinez is justified for saying 168 lb fighters are too big for him to be fighting, but then expects Manny to give up 20+ lbs to fight him? How is that not hypocrisy?

Hey, Freddy Whack, was Roy Jones too big for Chavez to fight, or just too good?

And you are a moron. You haven't answered my question....Would you pick Martinez over Pac if Martinez was Cotto's size?

Martinez is too big for Pacquiao, because he is better than anyone Pac has fought since a long time and is bigger than anyone Pac has ever faced too. Its a combination of both (size and skill).
