Marquez didn't look bad against Mayweather physically, it's just that Mayweather had EVERY SINGLE advantage considering the styles.

Marquez is a counterpuncher. Mayweather is a taller, longer, slicker counterpuncher who also had a significant size advantage.

That is the worst possible matchup for Marquez because Marquez isn't going to press Mayweather like Hatton, and he definitely can't outbox him.

It was a complete mismatch from the beggining.

Marquez matches up well with Pac and considering his age, it may even benefit Marquez since he won't have to make weight.

Maybe because Pac was hurt by a much slower Margarito and that was at a catchweight of 150. Not to mention they IMMEDIATELY said that he was going back to 147lbs after the fight.
