Floyd is afraid to lose and there is a good chance he could lose to Pacquiao. When you have an ego that big, it'd be devastating if he loses. He'll go into severe depression and end up like Hatton.

 

Manny is very scared of the counter punching style and good defense. Even said so after the Marquez fight..a guy who is very very skilled at counter punching but nothing as good as Floyd in terms of skills or counter punching ability.
