Why is Mayweather allowed to always fight in Vegas but nobody rags on him about it

He should fight outside Vegas to make some guys on the boxing web boards happy apparently.

That's the whole point of the rule, they don't want fighters injecting it for a fight. You can always claim that Floyd does what he wants, but this stuff is tested for. There's not even any proof that Mayweather even uses xylocaine.
