Ironically, by the people who are most likely to play the race card when they perceive the same is being done to them or their fighter.

Pretty simple why, it takes nothing but a split second for him to do it and pop right back up. It looks bad on a snap shot but in real time its to quick to penalize, it not like in other cases were a boxer bends over/down and stay there for 3,4 secs and repeats.

Then they don't even care to look at the rule book before posting! They don't want to mixed up about the facts!

Woah, I think that's way too low. That move will definitely disrupt the offense of any fighter. When the offensive boxer gets distracted then that's the time he shows up to throw a jab, then duck again, and move backwards.

Except this is not how it works at all, ever. As mentioned it's done very quickly in the process of avoiding punches that are already steaming his way, and it's so quick there's really no way to penalize it. It's not like he squats to confuse people, he simply weaves very low under some punches, pops back up and moves away. As mentioned, other boxers have done it and it doesn't draw a penalty unless they stay down there long enough to really disrupt the ability of the other fighter to attack by not presenting any target.

It is ridiculous. The lack of enforcement in this sport is cause for depression. My own.

It happens fast. That's what I figure. They could claim it's hard to see.

I'll watch the fight again, but there were times it seemed as if he stayed for longer than just a few seconds. I remember there were times JMM had to hold his punch motion for quite a while until Floyd got back up.

He does stay down there on occasion. Marquez put a left hook into his face at least one of those times. Anyway, that's when the ref has to call time. Right ****ing then. You can't feint down there. :rofl

He will stay down in a crouch or lean like that occasionally, but not generally low enough to get penalized. He only slips very low like that when actively dodging punches, otherwise he stays above the beltline (not necessarily the same as the trunkline, remember).

Ducking Punches, in split seconds and pops right back up. He doesnt stay down there, which would lead to warnings.
