Raheem is a runner/counter puncher. Morales likes em to come at him and fight, I mean fight..

    Floyds reactions are incredible

But Marquez was a slow puncher at the higher weight. Floyd wont be able to do that against Manny

That middle gif is incredible though

It's legal for Floyd because it's called defense but other fighters are not allowed to do such. Even low blows. sometimes, are apparently legal for Floyd.

Why is it so incredible? james toney does the same **** all the time. It's just a shoulder roll defense. Marquez just had no idea how to deal with it.

floyd mayweather jr is a joke. He's such a ***** coward running ducker who won't fight the way real fighters do because he's a heartless fraud who's scared to fight like a real warrior.

His tactics are lame and he should be penalized for ducking and turning his back so much. It's ridiculous that he's allowed to get away with this **** and if it's not illegal it should be! If its illegal then its about time the refs actually started enforcing the rules instead of giving fighters multiple warnings for the same **** every round.

He doesn't show up to fight, he shows up to duck, turn his back, potshot, and run from the other guy for 12 rounds. Floyd mayweather jr is what's wrong with boxing, fighters like him are why boxing has been in decline. The refs not enforcing the rules are also to blame, and so are the 'judges' who favor potshotting over an aggressive fighter who takes the fight to the coward runner.

Yes you cant put your head below their waste, now if they have a cup up to their chest the Lewis did when he fought Holyfield in 99 the ref has to define the line for you however your not supposed to put your head down that low.

it doesnt happen often not a lot of fighters do it, but I have seen a couple fights years back in which fighters had been warned for it. Too bad I dont recall the fights though.

But you can research it,it is in the rules and I am confident that if you do research it you will find that the poster here is correct.

Well what's the ruling when your fighting someone considerably taller than you like a pwill? Any slight duck will put you way below his waist line. What should happen in that situation?

No **** YOU with this simpleton explanation. Show me in any boxing rule book where ducking is illegal? Pernell Whitaker would damn near be in a squatting position evading punches.

This thread is one of the most PATHETIC attempts I've seen to discredit Mayweather's skills. Now you're saying he should be more like the late Gatti and catch more punches with his face??

This sounds logical. Not sure if this is what the rule book states but I'm not sure why people are bustin Floyd's balls over this. Technically there is no one better than Floyd in both Offense and Defense.....except maybe James Toney in his prime and Sweet Pea in "D".

Yea man, i only respect fighters who want to exchange and brawl. Boxing would be the best if everyone was a slugger..... The whole point of the sweet science is to hit and get hit :rofl
