i was thinking the same thing, at the end of the day pbf vs hatton is like duran vs sugar only diff is duran was better then hatton and pbf and srl i think are diff but about the same in fighting skill.

but the stlyes are more comaparable i think, but if im right and its like duran vs srl then there are only two things that can happen.

duran - hatton moves up in weight and takes the title from pbf in stunning fashion !

    or

hatton - duran vs srl- pbf beats and runs(boxes) duran - hatton into a nomas sisuation.

which one is more likely happen ? the hel if i no this is boxing anything can happen.but just going own my boxing knowlege i say pbf will win this by late tko or wide ud.

    Yep, particularly at 147.

    PBF's a "bok-bok"er, but he's not dumb

This is how boxing has been for decades. The #1 P4P fighter is always going to catch heat for not facing _________ (insert name). Who do you honestly think is the bigger threat to Floyd? Hatton or Mosley? Yes Hatton is undefeated and in his prime. Yes Mosley is older with 4 losses. Still, who do you think would pose the bigger risk to Floyd losing his 0?

Ummm Floyd called out Mosely offered a November date, but Mosely had a "toothache"; sorry real fighters dont turn down 50-50 vs. the best p4p fighter because of a toothache when you have 7 months to prep for the fight. Mosely had his chance, passed it up, and if he beats Cotto he'll get his shot.

Mosely comes calling after turning down the challenge.

Listen, I love Hatton. I would love to see him win. But lets be real for a second. You obviously are a boxing fan...this fight will be a one-sided blowout. Book it. No matter how bad I want Hatton to win, it's curtains. So no, I wouldn't give Floyd any **** for facing the "old man Mosley" over a prime Hatton. "Old man Mosley" would get brought up on chareges if he faced Hatton.

Floyd vs. Hatton is a damn good fight @ 140. Floyd vs. Hatton @ 147 when there are better opponents is a different story.

Ummm, you are incorrect. Mosley would have had around 3 months to prepare for the Nov fight with Floyd witch would have been his 3rd fight in 2006. How many 34 year old fighters fight 3 times in one year? And oh by the way, your third fight will be against the worlds #1 P4P fighter. Give me a break with that ****. Mosley stated BEFORE the Vargas rematch that he was taking the rest of the year off. Floyd knew exactly what he was doing when he made that "challenge".

Nice comeback mate. I'm seriously not here to argue. (although if I could close it, I would)

We got Floyd vs Hatton and Cotto vs Mosely... Winners facing off. Do BOXING fans really have a problem?

All your doing by flaming Floyd is falling into "human nature", or "animal instincts"...

For some reason, we always have to rip on those who are on top of the mountain. Look at Roy's career.

Mayweather vs. Hatton is good for Mayweather, good for Hatton, and good for boxing. It's sad there are still people out there who won't give Mayweather an inch of credit, but I have to say it's refreshing that there are many who are giving him proper respect for going this route.

I want to see Maywether fight Cotto. Ok, so what Cotto didnt take the fight earlier. Leonard didn't fight hagler untill years later. and lets not forget that Loenard fought hearns a second times many years afterwards. If anything, Cotto is ready Mentally. he has been in there with guys who were much faster than he. Maywether dosent want to fight anyone at top notch condition. Period. Cottos ready; he has the power to neutralize Mayweather and he is much more skilled and YOUNGER than Boldamir. I would like to see someone that can put Mayweather on the fight game as a GREAT fighter because of his competition and the intensity of his fights; not on his skills

someone sayed pbf is fight the best fighters and you sayed he was not.i dont feel like quoteing it but you know what im talking about.but i think he was right, pbf is fight the best guys just not in the order you or who ever wants him to fight them in.

to answer your question, these are the fighters who have the best chance in beating pbf.

    1shane mosley
    2oscar delahoya
    3cotto
    4hatton
    5margo

actually its a tie between margo and hatton but margo loss his last and ricky won his last so im giving ricky a little more credit then margo for now !!

now out of all those fighters, who has he beat and who is he fighting and what number are then in in terms of beating pbf or having the best chance to.

    2oscar he beat
    4hatton he is fighting

he alreay tryed to talk to shane shane was def so now he is def to shane for NOW.

i really dont see the problem in this, i just think people want to ***** about him for anything they can think of.

if cotto was to beat ssm and pbf fought him instead of shane then does that mean pbf just ducked and hid scared to death of mosley :huh

What a joke. Mayweather-Mosley is good for boxing. This will be a one sided beat down and you know it. How's that good for boxing?
