The offer was never made offical to PBF. Not to mention PBF was already scheduled to fight JMM the fight hasn't beeen canceled just post-poned.

Mayweather should publically accept this matchup even if the deal hasn't been officially 'put forwards' to him. Anything else is a cop out that even a fan like me has to admit end of discussion.

 

Gayweather could have waited ONE DAY before signing the fight with JMM. He didn't.

Gayweather isn't all about the money. He is all about EASY MONEY. Fighting smaller fighters and bragging about it.

If Gayweather was the TRUE champ he would be willing to fight anyone, anywhere, anytime. He DOESN'T do that. He never has. He never will. The man has no honor and he WILL NOT go down as one of the all time greats simply because of that.

 

Can someone please tell me who Money May is? :huh Is he an up-and-coming prospect? I've never heard of him before and I follow boxing closely.

I admire Mayweather because he's got mad skills, but his antics are really starting to put me off. Fighting JMM is really a big BS move by him.

Is he ducking PAC? Maybe no, but his actions suggests otherwise.

 

give me a friggin break guy....this is weeks after arum said there was no way floyd is getting that split....arum is annoying me to the point that i almost wanna boycott any fight or ppv event he is behind(impossible though)...but he is that ridiculous....as another poster pointed out in a similar thread yesterday....arum is all about the public relations....the pac/cotto fight is almost done and now this guy wants to come out and say 50/50 and spin this ****....garbage....this guy is an insane old bat....

i keep hearing how both pac and floyd could take home 25 mil....give em 20 each with the winner taking the other 10

 

Some boxing fans man i swear.. fighting is so much different then someone watching. mayweather is coming off 18 months of not boxing. YES he HAS ducked fighters, but this is not a duck. he watched JMM struggle with a not great fighter in Juan Diaz. This is a tailor made warm up fight for PBF with a GREAT fighter. PBF has every advantage in this fight, while still being tested enough to shake off some ring rust. the man is 32 and jumping back into the ring, do you honestly think he's gonna jump back in his very first fight back with the MOST DANGEROUS fighter in the world right now? plus he needs a little leverage at the table for being out so long. i swear the handicapped people that post here.. terrible

 

Exactly Arum is on a mission to ruin PBF's rep and I can't see why people haven't picked up on this.:deal Arum is a snake and nothing he says can be taken seriously rememeber this is the same guy that while PBF was under him said PBF was the greatest ever.:-( It started with Margo and now bull**** offers when Pac-Cotto is a done deal. so juan manuel marquez isnt a good fight for someone whose been 19 months out of the sport but cottos allowed to fight jennings no questions asked after getting knocked out??

 

Mayweather is one of these very rare cross bred bird that's between a chicken and a duck. He can be quite a fighting rooster at time but often time his chicken instint may kick in. In the case that it does kick in it can be quite hard to get him to fight. When he is in his chicken mode he is often seen hanging out at the duck pond. I believe this is due his duck side.
