Why is more blame placed on Williams than the judges?

While I think that Williams lost the fight I dont see how it is his fault if the judges gave him the win. He is the fighter he does not make the decisions. As a fighter you have to say you win regardless. What do you guys think?

I totally agree. Williams is not to blame, Al Haymon and the corrupt judges are the ones who are at fault.

Because he didn't admit defeat after the fight despite agreeing with his trainer that he needed a knockout during the last third of the fight. That's hypocricy.

I dont think anyone is blaming Paul are they??

I just thought at the end of the fight he may have said Lara was very good , tough etc.

Yet he just claimed how good he did and thought he won the fight clearly.

That kind of bull**** turns fans away.

I remember when Oscar got the gift against Sturm and he pretty much said he overlooked a good opponent and was very lucky.

    Paul didnt do that.

Yep, pretty much this. And enough with this whole "You have to say you won" bull****. Williams knew he lost, his whole ****ing team knew he lost and like you said he agreed with his trainer when he told him that needed a knockout to win; For him to come out and say that he derved to won males him look stupid.

If i remember correctly, i believe Maidana even admited that Morales deserved to win or something of the sort after his fight with Morales. Thats being real right there.
