And why didn't he exactly fight them?, because he preferred to hold the WBOgus instead and that's a very well known fact agreed on by the true(Yourself OBVIOUSLY not included) Margarito fans. Once the WBOgus title was dropped Margarito started getting th big-money fights and the Cotto fight was a clear start with many others to follow up. If you want the true champion to enforce a fight when you can't get it by yelling behind a microphone, did he try to do that?, the answer is no.

Baldomir wasn't just a tune-up, he was also the #1 contender for the WBC, that's how you force fights you want. If he really wanted those fights he should have done those long ago, yelling that he called them out but got no answer does nothing as you obviously proven.

The Baldomir question means nothing to me, I never claimed I'm a Baldomir fan, the man has 9 losses and avenged none of them, followed up by two more losses making them 11. In the end he grabbed the undisputed title by rising in the ranks and getting it the way he was supposed to, trash talking was obviously not going to work so he used that method and hey, it obviously worked didn't it?

Also, last I remember Baldomir wasn't labeled the "Hagler of this era", "Most feared man in boxing" and "The man the P4P King fears to death".

True, he dropped the WBO belt and it seems that belt is garbage especially in this division. I agree that Margarito learned his lesson and now is getting the big fights. But guess who has the WBO belt now Williams. He is gonna learn that like what Margarito had learned.

 

I answered your questions that you have given me. Now, Baldomir is still a shitty fighter and always was. Not an impressive win to get the belt and that is what all I am saying.

 

He doesn't need to learn nothing, he already beat Margarito and is a hot name regardless considering Margarito captured the #1 in a division he has been in for years on recently. So one way or another Margarito is going to have to pay attention to him if he wants to avenge a loss, which doesn't seem like an important thing based on his career but we'll see.
