You must have **** genetics man. My pops and uncles come from a track, wrestling, football, and boxing background. One uncle was an army ranger and one was a paratrooper. I dont do any strength training for boxing other then legs once a week and core/abs and boxing stuff......mitts, jumprope, shadowbox, spar, speed bag, heavy bag etc. Naturallly i weigh 178 doing all this work to burn muscle. If i stop all that stuff to burn muscle in 6 weeks time i can put on 20lbs doing nothing. If i do strength training like pushups and pullups dips..........not even weights people say im on roids. You must have shitty genetics man
