Why is nobody hating on Pacquiao for fighting mosley in the 1st place?

Alot of people weren't impressed in the first instance however most seem to be sold on the hype now!

I dont think it is a great fight and especially when you consider Shane was thoroughly outclassed by mayweather and didnt look impressive against Mora add to the fact that 2 years ago Shane went to wild card twice to personally ask Freddy if he could have the fight and Shane offered to come down to 143 and they still refused.

It does strike me as opportunistic of Team Pacquiao.

But no doubt Pacquiao fans will have different logic

This is such a troll fight to begin with.

 

Its very simple people like pac so its cool for him to take on mosley! Mayweather on the other hand isnt liked so.....well you get the idea

Uh...a ton of people are and Ring magazine even called it "shameful"...

But...what does Mayweather have to do with it when most people were happy with Floyd fighting him? :huh

 

There were a lot of people hating. I for one, think it's a shitty fight, but then again, at least Pac is fighting regularly.

 

Yeah, its a **** fight. I'm supporting Mosley but that doesn't mean he stands a chance.

 

So what boxing sources do you check?

Dan Rafael- Dislikes the fight

Kevin Iole- Dislikes the fight

Ring Mag- as previously mentioned, dislikes the fight.

The only people who tried really hard to sell it is Arum and Showtime/CBS, along with Arum's ***goty cheerleader Michael Marley. Pac isn't going to say this fight is **** so he's defending it. Freddie Roach and Alex Ariza aren't going to come out and say this fight is **** so they had to help sell it. I don't like this fight because I don't want to see Shane get smashed anymore than he has been lately and I would have preferred Pac to fight Marquez or Floyd or anyone else but it is what it is.

 

you are right in a sense...plenty of people werent happy with this fight.....

the problem is they make it merely a footnote.....lets take rafael for example....we all know how he feels...he doesnt like floyd and calls him a coward.....while he loves manny....loves bragging about how he got to watch the hatton replay in mannys hotel room with him....the guy gushes over manny

rafael has even voiced his displeasure....but he pushes it to the side rather quickly and continues to gush over manny......if it were floyd theyd be hitting you over the head every week with what a bad fight this is....hell.....rafael even wrote how he wasnt even sure if floyd was going to sign to fight shane.....theyd have kenny trying to torture floyd...and when floyd got testy back theyd just keep poking at him...manny answers a question about the fight in a mild tone and the question disappears after he cracks a smile

 

There was alot of hating on the fight when it was announced and rightfully so.

Now as usual with these type of fights the countdown show has made it a 50-50 fight. All of a sudden there is threads of Mosley pulling off the upset.
