Ortiz will make it fight untill he gets Koed around the 9th-10th round. Mayweathers power is underated because he throws so little........

Not really because his fights go a full 12 rounds more than others. it all evens out. it is more he does not put his punches together.

    Let's just keep it simple.

Ortiz is the second best welter on the planet, agreed?

Aggression vs counter almost always provides brilliant fights, agreed?

Floyd's age and inactivity make this fight slightly more intriguing because people are beginning to wonder if he still has it.

One thing with Ortiz is he never gives up! He will be in Floyds face till he gets knocked out or looses the decision. Prediction wise I think Floyd will win by decision. I know Ortiz has been knocked down a few times but there more flash knock downs then really really hurt. This is way to early for Ortiz and in type of style there is only two fighter than stand a chance against this defensive god and thats Pac and Khan. Just based on styles alone. We have seen what Amir does to defensive fighters so imagine what he with do against an Orthadox defensive fighter. I have to admit I am a massive Floyd fan but im not stupid and Floyd does have flaws like any human does. These guys could both beat him. The really interesting thing is speed!! The only way Floyd could out point these guys is to counter and knock them out! Work tempo and punch output alone Floyd never beats either of them. BUT Floyd is the one man that could knock both guys out! Very interesting fights to look at when you brake them down.

If mayweather was to fight a Barbie doll you'd find the hype machine making her out to be worldclass. It's just a way of allowing him to avoid Pac and still carry on boxing/raking in the bucks.

Ortiz looked great a against Berto. I think if he were to fight Maidana again. he would destroy him. But Mayweather is a completely different story. A lot of people will buy into the Hype on the lead up to the fight. It always happen. But come fight night. Reality will soon set in.

floyd definatly has flaws, castillo revealed them, judah did early on, and dela hoya did, in large parts of the fight. the one thing that makes this fight closer than people are predicting is the fact floyd doesn't have the power to keep ortiz off of him. ortiz has a decent chin, even with monster shots from berto he got back up, floyd cant trouble ortiz with power at least not in the early rounds. it will be a case of floyd being on the back foot maximising his defence trying to make ortiz miss and tire out.

floyd better be sharp with them shoulder rolls cus trust me he doesn't wanna take a big shot early on from victor. he has huge power!

Because the hype machine is at work, gotta sell those PPVs. One win against over a protected Berto and suddenly he's the sh*t :nut

What makes him look like a threat is his youth and Floyd not being active. Most fighters coming back after a lay off does not take a fight where the odds are against them. Floyd is taking on one of the champions of the division which is coming off of a good win. To see how he handle a young hungry fighter is interesting considering he's not getting any younger.
