when he beats Pac easy I'm guessing. Not until then. [for what it's worth, if a guy is sucky you don't say he must be on drugs to do what he is doing - because that implies he is superhuman]

He is fighting at 147, so why would he drain his body suiting Bradley more and favouring Pac less.

He is the bigger draw, giving Bradley a chance to fight him, so he calls the shots.

And all this Pac is a 140 fighter is rubbish. He was a 140 fighter, now hes a 147 fighter. Dont listen to the "Hes tiny, He needs to eat stupid amounts of calories just to stay at WW limit for his fights". His body has adpated to his new weight, and going down to 140 would not be good for it.

    :rofl
Bradley was 150 in his last fight. 147 suits Bradley more then Pacquiao.
I think Bradley will be 153 come fight night.

I expect both to weigh in around the 145 mark.

Well, first thing comes to mind is that Pac is the MAN so Bradley has to go up to challenge Pac. If Bradley is the MAN to beat, then Pac should challenge him. It's like Pac went to 147 to fight DLH or Hatton went up to fight Money or Money went up to fight DLH.

Bloody hell. I've never seen so much stupidity in one thread.

    Timothy Bradley, February 14th 2012:
“It [147] is my natural weight [....]People don’t know but in the amateurs I fought at 152. People say I don’t have power, but it is a real struggle to get down to 140. I walk around at 160 or more. I will be a lot more comfortable and have more pop at 147.”

    Timothy Bradley, February 15th 2012:
“So I think that a lot of people are counting me out already because they are saying that Bradley doesn’t have the power to hurt Manny Pacquiao, or at 147 he’s a smaller guy. They’re making these opinions about me, but they really don’t know where I come from. They really don’t know my background. At 16 years old I wasn’t at 116 pounds. I was 152 pounds fighting in the amateurs fighting guys 6’, 5’11”, 6’1”. You know. So naturally I feel I’m the bigger guy. I mean this guy, he grew to this weight. I’ve been at 150-something pounds since I was 16 years old and I’m 28 now. So you know I squeeze down to 140 to make that weight. 147 is pretty much my natural weight, so I’m a lot stronger at 147 pounds.”

If he fought him at 140, you assholes would be accusing him of draining Bradley down.

No they wouldn't, Bradley is a JWW and has fought basically his whole career there. Anyway, the fight is taking place at 147 because Pacquiao isn't trying to drain himself to get down to 140. Pacquiao holds all the cards here, and Bradley is not about to turn down this opportunity just because he has to go up one divison. I don't think the weight will be much of an issue anyway.
