no differant to hatton floyd. hatton had only fought at 147 ones and looked terrible. he even arguably lost that fight. and was even exposed by Colazo who nearly had him out of there in the last few rounds.

147 will arguable benefit bradley more who will be bigger than pac on fight night, and has fought at 147 in the amateurs.

Yes because FMJ never looked stellar at that weight.

Bradley will win this fight anyway, so doesn't really bother me.

So if a fighter moves up in weight, they are better? just because Cotto beat Margarito who had a damaged eye from the Pacquiao fight does not mean he has improved a lot. You do realise that Pacquiao is smaller than Mayweather? Mayweather makes 154 easier than Pac. :patsch

I was implying that to you. Why doesn't Mayweather fight Martinez @ the full 154? instead of 150? Mayweather will fight Cotto @ 154.

But how come Floyd got so much flack for fighting Hatton at 147, yet Pac gets a pass for fighting Bradley at 147?

Hatton outweighed Floyd on the night of the fight too, but that did not make a difference.

Pac's last several opponents (even JMM) actually outweighed Pac in the ring. So there is really no point to be made there.

It's not like Pac is pulling a "Floyd" and making his smaller opponent come up 2 weight classes and deciding to come in OVER weight to add insult to injury. TIM is coming for Pac.....not the other way around. TIM and Pac are both "men" but its TIMs time to step up.....Pac has been there many times over.... Manny is towards the end of his stellar career and TIM is finally at the level that will establish his legacy.
