i am not 100% sure about his management structures but most of his fights 'i can remember' are presented by goldenboy promotions.

Vitali isn't in or around the same weight as Pacquaio, Hatton is. Pac is the P4P #1 and therefore is the betting favourite.

Because Oscar was a natural junior middleweight who had fought Bernard Hopkins, whereas Pac had fought as low as Flyweight.

Hatton and Pac are similar weights and sizes, but Pac is the P4P King so he is obviously the betting favourite.
