Why is Pacquiao ducking Kell Brook?

Pacquiao is too old for a fighter like Brook who has been in the top p4p list for so long. I mean, who the hell is Cotto and Margarito ? Shoddy fighters with shoddy records.

Kell Brook has a better record than Pacquiao.

 

Pfftt we all know new p4p king Andre Berto would KO every one of these clowns.

 

Because according to die-hard Floyd fanatics, Pacquiao is ducking EVERYONE.
It doesn't matter if they're nobodies, won't be able to offer a competitive fight against Pac at WW (where he is staying 'til the end of his career), running away from him (or lost the urge, in vacation, in legal problems, etc.), fighters with unproven resumes or terrible match-ups on a financial standpoint, and so on and so forth.
Pac is just ducking them all. It doesn't even matter is they called out Pac or not.
Some of 'em can make a good, logical case, but the others will simply make you go :huh.

I remember Pac is still ducking Tutankhamun.
He called out Pac some 3000 years ago so he should have first dibs.
