:calimero1:First fight should have been a win for Pac, but a judge mistake.
Second fight was a make up result aka Lewis holy and Barrera morales rematch. I thought Marquez gotten the better of Pac.
Third fight Marquez expecting the same Pac but left out hustled and out countered, close win for Pac proven he has evolved his style.
    Fourth fight.. It's still hurt

Márquez is 4-0 (1) in my book. Even factoring in the scoring error one point in his favor Pacquiao I still ought to have gone his way (albeit only by a slim margin compared with II or III).

Same question could be ask with Kovalev. Kovalev landed harder punches, he was the aggressor, threw more punches (he punches harder than Ward) and got the knock down against Ward. Still...

    Just that simple.
Most of Pacquiao's connects in that first fight came in the first two rounds. Getting accustomed to the type of speed with the angles Pacquiao uses isn't a simple thing even for a fighter of Marquez' caliber.
Took Marquez a couple of rounds to decipher the angles and the distance to which Pacquiao's leg speed covers ground.
Once Marquez deciphered that, the Marquez school of boxing was in session.

In Erik Morales' own words, he studied the way Marquez went about fighting Pacquiao and used that as a blueprint to beat Pacquiao.

......as for the one judge who scored the 1st round 10-7, what about the one judge who ludicrously scored 7 rounds to Pacquiao in that fight????
That's a lot more absurd than a scoring the first round 10-7 for Pacquiao.

Of course it does, Do you think they just be scored different on how fast the punch is thrown as well?

Because it wasn't clear, that's why tinham... Pac should have been given the fight due to the massive error of one judge scoring the 1st round 10-7 rather than 10-6, however that fight was closely and competitively fought throughout, which is evident by their first 3 fights, that could be argued JMM won.

Because Marquez won more rounds. The knockdowns are the only things that kept Pacquiao 'alive' in that fight.

This. I think we discovered why so many people score fights poorly.

I don't know it was close but clear IMO. 2 was less clear but I think Pac shaded it but can see why some thought JMMN won. JMM easily won 3 that was a terrible decision.

Are you two serious? Punches are not scored the same, just because they both land. They score based on the damage they inflict.
And yes we did discover why so many score fights poorly, because they think they're scoring amateur fights. Guess what? Compubox don't mean **** either, it's just two guys trying to act like they know what punches landed.

Because Mayweather said on TV that Marquez got robbed in that fight during the time he was refusing to fight Pacquiao. So all his fanboys jumped on board and starting saying it too.

It should have been a clear win for Marquez. JMM gave Pac a schooling after the second round.
