he was top p4p for years. You cannot just take him off the list. Let's see how he does in his next fight.

This is actually a good point. Anyone who says Pacquaio really lost vs Bradley is biased. And people have Bradley ahead of Pac p4p when Bradley in reality lost to him and went life and death with Pacs sparring partner.

I have Pac at 6 in my list because his loss came vs an ATG and he was doing well until ko6.

I still remember when they had him "tied" for #1 when he lost to Marquez and/or Bradley.

The same reason Floyd is no. 1 , they sell and bring interest to the sport. p4p rankings are a joke.

Chad Dawson has just as much of a case of being p4p top 10 as Pacquiao. For the record though, neither are in my list

Chad Dawson is the lineal LHW champion. Just beat another p4p fighter atm in Hopkins. Then he drains down and loses to the number 2 p4p fighter in Ward.

Pacquiao wins a BS decision of Marquez. Loses a BS decision to Bradley. Then gets ktfo by Marquez.

Both should lose their ranking, but Dawson has a better case for staying in the list

Let me tell you the difference. Pac was top 2 at the time of his loss to Marquez, Dawson was in around #10 when he lost to Ward. Pac beat Bradley who was top 10 in most peoples eyes at the time (BHop wasn't when Dawson beat him in the eyes of most). In Dawson's loss to Ward he was dominated and KO'd by a relatively light puncher. Pacquaio was competitive and ahead on the scorecards at the time of his KO defeat to Marquez. Not to mention Pacquaio has achieved so much more than Dawson pre 2011-12, fighter of the decade 7 division champ etc.
