Why is Povetkin taking a risky fight against Wach?

    He's mandatory for Wilder what's the point in taking a tough fight against the iron chinned Wach, it seems pointless to me..

    He did all the eliminators.. he shouldn't risk anything now.. he should just concentrate on smashing Wilder's glass.

    He could be in a damaging tough fight, he could get injured, never know he may get knocked out.. Wach is no Mug. If he wanted to warm up for Wilder by facing a big guy he should have taken an easier fight against someone like Dimitrenko.

    Povetkin is a real man, if you look at his record he's been matched tough since day. Olympic Super Heavyweight Champion from Athens, great amateur, good all around technician, solid puncher. He'll beat Wach well I think, and the Deontay will probably vacate.

    Maybe Russian fans aren't as fond of seeing their heavyweights fight bums as British fans are.

    Or else he'd be on the phone to Gary Cornish or David Price.
