why is randy cotoure considered to be an mma god?

His win/loss record really isnt that bad. The Vitor Belfort loss really wasnt a loss it was 16 secounds into the match and he got cut. He was 3-3 in Rings but his style wasnt exactly suited for Rings considering there GNP rules. Basically then after only having been in MMA a couple years Randy was still only a Wrestler/GNP guy he would take guys down and be stuck in a Jiu-Jitsu match with much superior guys on the ground. The only easy fights he ever had where his 1st 2 fights agianst a can and a fat Pro Wrestler who never trained. Guys like Maurice Smith,Vitor Belfort 3x,Chuck Liddell 3x,Tito Ortiz,Tim Sylvia,Gabriel Gonzaga,Ricco,Josh Barnett,TK,Jeremy Horn,Kevin Randleman,Pedro Rizzo 2x where all either A World Champions at one point or B have wins over previous or future World Champions. So about 95 percent of his fights have came agianst the very best guys out there at the time I can say right now hes going to have a resume of alot of ****ing guys who wind up in a HOF someday. **** id be happy with a 500 record agianst that kinda of oppostion but hes well above that. 5 time UFC Champion all of those reigns came when the guy was in his mid 30s or mid 40s thats badass. Randy Couture not Cotoure you dumb mother****er is a legend no he isnt the greatest of all time but hes still a legend and a legit Top 10 or Top 5 even high as number 2 ATG. BTW his chin isnt really suspect hes been KOed 3 times once agianst a heavy handed gigantic Brock Lesnar,2 times agianst one of the best KO artist in MMA history Chuck Liddell when your in your 40s like he was your recovery time isnt going to be as good as it was in previous years getting KOed by either isnt bad. He stood up and banged with a beast Pedro Rizzo arguablly the best striker of that era and he took it,the man took a head kick clean from Gonzaga the same one that ended the Cro Cop era and even broke Randys arm.

Anyways though you are still a idiot and I dont need to have great spelling which you clearly dont either to be right about that I mean Chuck the luckiest fighter in the history of the sport ? I could see if won one maybe two big fights by a fluke but you wanna say the world littered well his resume is littered with KO wins over top fighters.

 

I always liked him and thought he was very good. But, I was one of the very few on these boards who didn't buy into the hype of him being better than Fedor. Everybody lost their ****ing minds on this board for about a year.

in many ways he did i mean who else started completly breaking fighters down to be able to beat them. maybe he didnt pioneer but he sertainly prefected it

3 time heavyweight champion- 2 time light heavyweight champion. He is a fan favorite cuz he aint cocky like other fighters are. He doesn't talk trash and is always respectful to his opponents.

Couture is also still in the top 5 or 6 heavy weights in the world at age 45. I must say he is rather impressive.
