    For Dec. 31st. Possibly

The card could include the mandatory fight between junior featherweight titlist Rico Ramos (20-0, 11 KOs) and interim titlist Guillermo Rigondeaux (8-0, 6 KOs). Top Rank, Rigondeaux's promoter, won the right to promote the bout at a purse bid but likely will default. So it has given Goossen, Ramos' promoter, permission to try to find a spot for the fight.

Top Rank threw a big party when they signed Rigo, but now... doing nothing... They should've brought Rigo-Ramos to Showtime already, and off a big KO TVs would ask for more.

Arum needs to do his job...

It's hard to get him fights. But Ramos in December then who knows, hope Gary Hyde gets him some big fights soon.

Because he's not much of an attraction, and HBO aren't exactly desperate to have him back. He should be fighting Ramos soon, though.

It's all top ranks fault, he does the same thing with Gamboa. Rigondeaux needs to fight Donaire!

Last I read Top Rank won the bid for $130k folks do the math splitting this money practically they will fight for peanuts no wonder Ramos people probably will default this mandatory fight.
