Why is Roid Jones Junior Loved and Revered Considering He's Been Clipped For PEDs (?)

Because PEDs don't turn you into roy jones jr. This isn't bodybuilding. Boxing is a game of strategy and skill

 

Mostly because he crucified Hopkins and Toney.

He probably could have beaten both in 1 night in all seriousness.

 

Why does everyone give vitali and wlad passes while were on the subject? Holyfield? The list goes on for quite a while

 

Because some people like to enjoy watching a great fighter instead of searching for reasons to spew hate on them.

Well this is not a powerlifting competition. You need boxing skills to be good at boxing. Plus most of these boxers are on PED´s so why would anybody care?

 

Roy fought bums but he was good. Not as good as people say though. Not enough competition to prove it.

 

Except he beat the other two great MW fighters of his era.

 

Two great wins, but far too many bums other than that. Toney was also inconsistent and lost to Montell Griffin, TWICE, and some bums...

Also, people made a fuss about Roy being weight drained for the SECOND Tarver fight (after having beaten him right after coming down from heavyweight). But Toney was weight drained for their fight, no one says anything.

Tarver simply knocked Roy out and took his soul. His confidence was shattered after that, and with his style, that was it.

Couple all of this with his PED use...

 

Roy Jones still serves as a indicator of what is possible for those non-natural blessed cheaters who embrace the use of Anabolic steroids as a cultural evolutionary path for a branch of humans who believe the practice is as sound as Communism.

Personally, I detest cheating in all forms, and see steroid use a the ultimate cheating method today.

Blame it all on Ronald Reagan because after his defect of Communist Russia and it's collapse, all the vilest forces within the country were set loose to wreck havoc on the world with hundreds of previously government controlled programs from the Soviet super soldier program to cyber-terrorism to bioweapons, now falling in the hands of thieves, criminal organizations, athletic cheats and conscience free social-paths.

 

I hate to break it to you, but every sport has widespread ped use at the top level. This is why most people look past it. I'm sure protien powder would have been considered a ped too at some point in time.

 

In America, being entertaining is more important than not being a scumbag.
