If you look at Roy in his prime he hurt just about every fighter he fought. Even going up to heavy weight to hurt Ruiz. But when he went down to light heavy weight he lost the muscle and he began to punch like feather fisted fighters like joe calzaghe. Now when you guys bring up fighters like ward or froch most of you think it goes the full 12. When inreality froch is way to easy to hit and don't last 5. Wards chin gets blasted when Roy wants to.
...because people think of his overwhelming speed first. And because he didn't go all-out for knockouts. But yeah, Roy was a devastating puncher in his day.
Rjj who took out fighters that Julian Jackson could not. 1 punch knock out power when he satdown on his punches in both hands
@Jr. Middleweight his power was freakish!! @MW his speed & power was phenomenal!! @SMW his attributes began to balance out a bit (Still better than the rest)
Rate jones power 10-10 middle to supermiddle weight 9-10 light heavy still 1 punch knock out power 6.5-10 heavyweight
He had decent but not great power. The sad thing is that Jones seems to have even lost his power which is usually the last thing to go it's clearly time to hang 'em up

Either sparring at the HW level or else the rapid loss of weight or both. His KO-resistance threshold seems to have suffered degradation in the up to HW experiment.
