Why is Sergio ducking GGG and fighting Martin Murray?

    wow,better than the Klitschkos huh?

    Rankings often mean jack ****,especially when you seem to be taking them from boxrec. Im sure you would call JCC Jnr a bum too even though he was ranked no.2 in the division when Martinez fought him and had a better resume than Golovkin.

    And those rankings have some sort of legitimacy on it. Even though not everything is perfect, it's mostly right and Murray being #11 is completely right.

    He hasn't DONE ANYTHING to warrant a match with Sergio. Deal with it.

    And when Golovkin fought Proksa who was ranked number 10 Middleweight he copped heaps of flack,when the so called ATG Martinez fights Murray ranked number 11 it's all OK and he is not ducking anyone,bit of double standards there.!!!!

    Golovkin has had 2 fights on HBO now. Why are DiBella/HBO letting Martinez fight Murray, who has never had a HBO fight? :huh

    I'm sure GGG would attract more money simply because of his high ranking and his 2 fights on BAD. :verysad

    By now, we could have had:

    Martinez-Pirog
    Martinez-GGG
    Martinez-Geale

    Instead, we got Dzinziruk, Barker, and Macklin. Oh yeah, and the "cruiserweight" with 3 stoppages in his last ten fights. Martinez is ruining middleweight.

    Geale turned down the fight with Martinez, Dzinziruk was a forced opponent, and you'll have a hard time convincing me Macklin, Barker, and Chavez had worse resumes than Pirog and Golovkin at the time those fights took place. Oh and those same rankings everyone is parroting in this thread had Macklin and Chavez as top 3 at the time Martinez fought them.

    Sergio afraid of GGG? Doubt it. Sergio starches GGG and early. Dude just gets hit way too much and you don't want to do that with Sergio.

    It's plainly obvious that Martinez is fighting guys that he thinks would be easy pickings for him. I understand Martinez taking the Chavez fight as a money fight, but it's absolutely ridiculous when Martinez fans hype Chavez up as some kind of monster. "He's a cruiserweight!" This so-called cruiserweight has 3 stoppages in his last 12 fights, despite having a size advantage.

    Well, if you think Donaire has been ducking Rigo and/or Mares, than you 100% think that Sergio is ducking GGG... unless you are admitting to being a hypocrite?
