See, I was right. You have nothing to say about that. Now read through those papers and realize that Tunney whooped Greb after the first fight. I post in the General Forum for fun. I love boxing as a sport, entertainment, and I'm quite a fighter myself (I'd probably beat your ass). I find it hilarious how you went through my profile, but anyway I'm no troll, I'm just not going to agree that Greb was the GOAT.

What you're doing is also cheerleading. Greb will never fight Robinson, so its forever in debate. I can posture because there is NO footage of Greb. How can you decipher him without it?

Tell me sir, how can we decipher that Abraham Lincoln was our greatest
President ? After all there is no film of him ? But his greatness lives in his
great deeds and accomplishments...Same with Harry Greb. His greatness
is measured by his unparallelled great bigger HOF fighters he beat in his amazing career...Look it up...

and don't tell me Greb could knock people out like that.

I'm not going to argue rather your right or wrong. Rankings are subjective, but at least present a case as to why Greb > Robinson. If that is in fact the opinion you hold.

I think some very cogent cases could be made for why Abraham Lincoln wasn't our greatest president, Burt. One might make the case that he helped plunge the nation into it's bloodiest war, causing half a million unecessary deaths. Or that he acted like a tyrant, assuming powers not granted to him by the constitution, circumventing congress, and suspending habeas corpus. His war effected the end of slavery in the United States, but let us not forget that Britain, Canada, France, Russia, and others abolished slavery before the United States and without bloodshed.

Washington, Jefferson, or FDR might be considered better candidates by some.

His job was to SAVE the UNION. No more, No less ! Lincoln said it BEST as always..." A house divided against itself cannot stand "....And let us not quibble O...HE GOT THE JOB DONE....As Winston Churchill wrote about Abraham Lincoln. " Lincoln was the greatest English speaking political
figure of alltime ". Takes one to know one,methinks....

Yeah, but Lincoln didn't have good management, so that disqualifies him from being as great as some of the others. Plus he didn't have enough speaking engagements in NY......:nut
