Why is Tex Cobb's victory over Shavers overlooked?

    I don't know if Cobb's win over Earnie is that overlooked. Bert Sugar and other boxing personalities reference that fight regularly, and it was a match, that afterall put Cobb on the map for a title shot. A very entertaining fight by the way. I really wish Tex would have developed his skills and agility. He could have been better than he actually turned out.
