Why is that boxers that are considered "skillful boxers" or something to that...

    effect have low KO ratios?

    Ivan Calderon, Pernell Whitaker, Malignaggi, Spinks(Cory), etc...

    Often, they have to develop technical skills to compensate for lack of power,in light of the fact that many of their fights will go to a decision.

    because most of the time they adapt or develop these styles as a result of them not having KO power for instance. Its either be a boxer or not survive at all...I will say Pernell is miles beyond the other guys listed. He not only possesses the skills, he fought the best as well..a true p4p. Anyone can box liek the wind against c level fighters
