Well, it's just an example. Could've chosen a better duo of fighters to make this comparison but anyway... When comparing them you have no common opponents. They fought in different eras. Also, it's not like there is a single number that says who's better like there is in f.e. javelin. That is what my post was about. There's no easy simple way to determine who was better.

    You make a good point.

Sure enough we can talk about training methods and other things too. There are better supplements and probably illegal substances also. But those numbers serve as a valid argument of who was better.

Not saying it's that simple tho.

Honestly, I think those two should be favoured over Hagler P4P due to the fact that Crawford is very similar to Leonard and Spence can do everything hadler can do except switch

Name 30 WWs better than Spence. Also, Duran and Hagler were smaller men so he should've won those fights

Well, we don't have an undisputed HW champion for a quarter of a century. Not the best boxer stylistically, but in a H2H sense. Many mistakenly blame Tyson Fury as an individual for such a situation, and that situation was current for more than a decade before Tyson Fury appeared on the scene. As long as it is so, it will be:
And that's just one drop (but the most important), in a sea of reasons (42 champions per category, etc.).

Yet your the only one on this topic that believes that let that sink in for a moment.

I very much doubt you've ever seen the likes of Jose Napoles to have such a silly opinion.

Duran beat the likes of Palomino and a prime Leonard at Welterweight, but he loses to Spence who went life a death with Porter log off please.

They’re not going to be favoured by many, as they’re WW’s who haven’t beaten any great fighters.

Crawford isn’t very similar to Ray, and both Ray and Marvin were both faded when they fought.

How can Spence do everything that Marvin could do, when he hasn’t got Marvin’s power, and he very rarely fights really aggressively.

It’s just more silliness from you.

If you want to debate, I’m here.

If you’re going to be stupid, then please do me the courtesy of not replying to me.

I don’t know why you can’t just come and have a decent debate.

    It shouldn’t be difficult.

Your description of Robinson doesn’t even warrant a response from me.
